Senior Housing Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of Wasilla Area Senior Housing. The Housing Manager supervises housing department office staff, maintenance technicians, and janitors. WASI housing includes seven (7) apartment buildings comprised of 136 rental units for low income and market rate seniors ages 62 and up and 40 rental units for low income and market rate seniors ages 55 and up. The Housing Manager works closely with the CEO, Finance Director, and WASI office staff, ensures properties comply with federal and state financing agreements, including Low-Income Tax Credit, HOME, SCHDF, NAHASDA, and Investment Partnership requirements.
