Cards, Television, Wii Games, and More

The activity lounge hosts a variety of card games, table games, Wii sports, book and video libraries, and lounge chairs in which to relax. Wednesday’s art group meets in the lounge to paint while socializing. Computers are available for seniors’ use. Computer systems with internet access are also available.

Armchair athletes can get the thrill of their favorite sports with the Wii system without straining creaky joints. Enthusiastic bowlers and golfers compete with each other and plan to develop teams for tournament play. Tennis and baseball games are also available.

The Activity Lounge is available to rent for birthday parties, baby showers, and wedding showers, as well.

Meetings and Classes

In addition to the lounge, the Wasilla Area Senior Center has two rooms available for meetings and classes.
