Conference and Meeting Rental Space

Our campus has a number of rooms suitable for meetings, parties, or other events available for rent.

Meeting Room 1 seats 66 persons using both tables and chairs and 141 persons using chairs only. It is near the dining area, and features tables and chairs, DVD player, flat screen television, Enhanced Vision Reader for the visually impaired, and two rest rooms. Classes, such as AARP’s 55 Alive driving class, often utilize this room.

Meeting Room 2 seats 80 persons with both tables and chairs and 172 persons when using chairs only. It is further from the dining area, and has less foot traffic which makes it a quieter place to gather. Rest rooms are available across the hall in Meeting Room 1. Large groups, such as Weight Watchers, often choose this room for their activities.

Both rooms are accessible from either the main dining room or from the building’s back entrance. Each room displays fascinating art by the members of Valley Fine Arts!

Our extensive, manicured lawns and exterior campus is a also a great location for an outdoor event or wedding.
